What’s your return policy?
All returns must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I return?
Please send your order back, containing your invoice and products with all tags attached.

If you used our guest checkout and do not have an account on bezolondon.com
Please email info@bezolondon.com with your order number.
Please state that you used our guest checkout.

How long does it take to process a return?
We will confirm with you once we receive your return and your refund has been completed. Please allow up to 5 working days to see the funds appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

What if my item is faulty?
We’re sorry about this!
Please notify us by email to info@bezolondon.com with details and photographs of the product fault to return within 14 days of receipt.
